Before we know about the violin school we should know about the instrument .The violin initiated in the first half of 16th century in Northern Italy. But the inventor is still unknown. So it will remain open to discussion. Most of the writers and scholars recognized Andrew Amati of Cremona of 1511-1577 as the first identified violin makers because credentials of two violins he created between 1542 and 1546 had been found. These instruments had three strings like rebec played withbow. The four string violin also created by Andrew Amit also. But the other source credits the creation to Gaparo di Bertolloti da Salo of Brescia. By the middle of the 19th century violin became so popular that they began to be mass created. Huge number of violins bearing the names of Amati, Guarneri and the others were produced in large scale. This leads to establishment of violin schools and violin teachers.
